Could you take the helm at Womanifest?

It's time to pass the baton. For someone new to take the leadership reins at Womanifest.

So, what are the next steps if you're interested in stepping into the Womanifest shoes?

Firstly, there's some important criteria to consider:

Your interest will only be considered if you can demonstrate you already have an established infrastructure in place with a core team who are able to absorb the signifcant workload required to plan and deliver Womanifest or you have pulled together a Consortium of business women who possess the right range of skill sets who would like to take it over as a Team.

There is a financial investment required to takeover Womanifest. It will not be given away. We are open to ideas and suggestions of the type of takeover you are proposing with a financial offer that aligns with that strategy e.g. For a complete buyout of the brand and the business it would require a significant upfront financial offer, however, if you wanted to take Womanifest over more on a franchise style basis then there could be a lower entry cost but with ongoing licencing and royalty payments. These are just two examples and we are open to consider other proposals that are mutually beneficial.

The Process

1. Submit via email a high level proposal (suggest a small slide deck) to hello@womanifest.co.uk by 31st July 2024. This proposal should include:

- An overview of your team structure & skill set & why you are the right choice to take the reins

- Demonstrate how you will maintain the mission, ethos & values of Womanifest

- Your ideas for Womanifest 2025 and your growth plans for the next 3 years

- Your finanical offer and the terms of such

2. These proposals will be reviewed and shortlisted by 9th August and you will be invited to a Zoom meeting where we will share a business pack with you detailing the business performance & forecasting for the future and give you the opportunity to ask any questions.

3. The final stage will be for you to submit a more detailed business plan from which we will make our selection and aim to communicate the outcome by the end of August ready to commence legalities and handover in September.
