Womanifest is a Community Interest Company, not for profit, existing solely to to do the work that needs doing to close the gender gap by inspiring, empowering, entertaining, educating and liberating.

Womanifest is a festival of all things female, feminine and womanly, and we need your help to make our 2024 event bigger, better and more impactful.

The pandemic set progress in equality and equity WAY back. Recent reports from the UN show it could now take close to 300 years to get equality….. if we don’t act now the next generation won’t even see it, never mind us! If we all come together we can make change happen faster.

We’re on a mission to create a guilt free army of women who have a strong identity, step into their power, own their space, know what they want, shamelessly declare it to the world and go out and make it happen…. and we know that means it’s not just about todays women, it’s about tomorrows women.

We’ve got to set the next generation up for success – our daughters, nieces, granddaughters, and students need us to show them the way. This means being amazing role models for them and giving them the opportunities we didn’t have.

Womanifest is for women and teen girls who want more from life! It’s also a safe and inclusive space for non binary people and trans women.

It’s no boring conference or exhibition – it’s a full-on FESTIVAL! – it’s all about women having fun, learning how to put themselves first, get what they want, surround themselves with other fantastic women and have access to a huge range of learning and expertise that can help them to make changes in their life and feel inspired and empowered.

It’s about bringing everything a woman needs to live the happy, fulfilling and successful life they deserve into one place for an epic weekend of liberating experiences!

As a mum to 3 teenage girls I believe that I was put on this planet to make massive strides in bridging the gender equality gap - it's my why, my passion and my purpose in life.

Having a corporate career in leadership development it was evident that work courses, training and coaching were perceived to be dry, boring and uninspiring, unless the business was paying people didn't feel compelled to invest in themselves. Womanifest brings a fresh, innovative and modern twist to personal development, empowerment & wellbeing. It doesn't have to be a chore. It can
be inspiring & enjoyable.

Everything we do at Womanifest has to meet at least one of our criteria but hopefully as many as possible:

Inspiring; Empowering; Educating; Entertaining; Liberating

We bring together the best in female talent, industry experts and lived experiences to share new ideas, thought leadership, new experiences to create a memorable weekend where the learning sticks and enables women (and girls) to walk out feeling like a different woman than when they walked in.

There's no 'flash in the pan' development here.

Girls Out Loud is a multi-award winning social enterprise, de dedicated to raising the aspirations of teenage girls in the UK. They are passionate about empowering girls to find their voice, with programmes that are all about embedding more confidence, emotional resilience, self-assurance and self-esteem.

In turn, this leads to real aspiration, real change and long lasting success.

Girls Out Loud's mission is to inspire girls to believe in themselves, know they are enough and encourage them to find their inner gumption to make the right choices.

What we do now really matters, our teenage girls are struggling to find their voice and confidence in the toxic environment they growing up in. They need role models and better tools to navigate this landscape.
